After having lived in my unique and atmospheric Tiny House for five wonderful years, I am offering it for sale. Not because I no longer enjoy living in it, but because I am going to have a new Tiny House built on my own plot in Olst. There is only one of this house in the world and it is plug and play, including installations and interior, bio-based and self-sufficient in energy. Built on a trailer, you can transport it on the highway with a BE driving license. Will you be the new owner of this famous Tiny House under Dutch architecture?
My Tiny House is currently located in Alkmaar with a temporary environmental permit. This is the Netherlands’ first officially licensed Tiny House, it is almost historical heritage! After purchase it must be moved, I am selling it without the land. It meets the requirements of the Building Decree for temporary construction, for which you will be able to get an environmental permit. For recreational purposes you can as well. A permanent environmental permit will probably require additional insulation in order to comply with the new BENG standard. The insulation is more than sufficient for living comfort, it almost never gets colder than 14 degrees in the house in winter. Even if the heater is off all night.

The house comes with all installations, interior and equipment such as fridge-freezer, Hobbit wood stove, propane stove including oven and the spacious veranda that can be moved in parts. It has a stylish Bruynzeel kitchen and new windows and doors. Three solar panels provide all the necessary energy and two large lithium batteries provide storage for excess energy. It has been built in an ecologically responsible manner with sustainable building materials such as sheep wool and wood fiber insulation, a thermally preserved and low-maintenance wooden cladding and a cork floor. It has a bath and shower, a dry toilet and a double bed.
